You need
Rocker switch plate/paint/electrical tape/sand paper/Velcro squares/toy car
How to
Sand a rocker switch plate paint it black and mark a road with yellow electrical tape
Attach the soft sides of 2 adhesive backed Velcro squares to the switch's top and bottom and stick the other halves on a toy car
