Healthified Quick Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe is from Eat Better America, it has 32% fewer calories and 50% less sat fat. And from start to finish it only takes 30 minutes

You need

1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 teaspoons orange juice or milk

Heat oven to 375 Grease an 8 or 9 inch round baking pan Unroll dough press perforations to seal. Brush dough with melted butter. In a bowl mix sugar and cinnamon;sprinkle over dough. Starting from a long side,roll up dough. Using a sharp knife,slice dough into 8 eight pieces . Arrange rolls, cut side up in pan flattening slightly

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden Cool and remove from pan. Stir together powdered sugar,vanilla , and enough juice or milk to make an icing of drizzling consistency Drizzle icing over warm rolls
