Aztec Lime Corn Topper

This might be something that you would like to try this summer on the grill with a grilled flank steak and warm corn tortillas. This recipe is reprinted by Eating Well Magazine.

1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and freshly ground Pepper

Whisk lime juice,oil, and chili powder in a small bowl. Season with salt and Pepper and brush over hot corn
