Cooking Spray
1- 14 ounce package banana nut muffin mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup banana baby food
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
2/3 cup walnut pieces
Directions: Preheat oven to 450
Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray, set aside. In a large bowl, combine muffin mix, oil, sugar, eggs, and baby food, stirring with wooden spoon until well mixed. Stir in chocolate and walnuts.
Drop heaping tablespoons of the dough on baking sheet spacing 2" apart. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
These would make good hostess gifts as well as great neighbor gifts.
