I saw this in a magazine, and thought what a great idea.
It is merely a new or used frame (we all have these around.) But if you don't the dollar store has tons.
Then they took a piece of plastic canvas and stapled it to the back of the frame.
I think that you could use window screen if you wanted. I thought that you could also use small hooks of some kind and hang your necklaces also.
